Any Top up voucher or Credit U received, will repay your outstanding Quick Credit.
If your top up or money received via Credit U is less than the Quick Credit owed, a portion of the top up will be deducted from the account. The portion deducted is determined by the system.
The system will attempt to reclaim 100% of the top up credit. If unable to, it will then attempt to reclaim 80% and if unsuccessful it will attempt to reclaim 50% of the top up credit.
- Quick Credit loans are repaid on your next top up/top ups.
- Credit U transfers can now be used to repay the quick credit loans.
If your top up exceeds the quick credit loan, then the full amount owed is deducted from the account.
When the loan is repaid, you will receive an SMS advising of such:
Quick Credit Full Reimbursement |
“Thank you, XX TTD has been repaid. You have fully reimbursed the airtime advance “ |
If the loan was partially repaid, the SMS will state the amount repaid, as well as the remaining outstanding balance to be paid on the next top up.
Quick Credit Partial Reimbursement |
“Thank you, XX TTD has been repaid to reimburse part of the airtime advance. YY is still due and will be deducted from your next top-up. “ |
You can check your outstanding Quick Credit balance by dialing *120*27#.
Please note the above applies to repaying Trinidad & Tobago Quick credit.
