How do I convert my Postpaid account to Prepaid?
For Postpaid to Prepaid conversions, kindly email us at support_tt@digicelgroup.com with the below requirements:
- Any outstanding postpaid bills should be paid in full
- A copy of the receipt if the bill was outstanding
- A letter requesting the conversion
- ID Card of the account holder
- An alternate contact number

For Prepaid to Postpaid conversions:
- A valid Government issued picture ID (Passport, National ID, Driver’s Permit)
- Two different recent utility bills issued within the last three months

When can these requests be processed?
- Postpaid to Prepaid conversions are processed Mondays to Fridays.
- Prepaid to Postpaid conversions are processed Monday to Saturday.
