Account suspension is a simple procedure that can be completed by calling into customer care or sending an email to TT.Customer.Care@Digicelgroup.com.
You would be required to verify the account; suspensions can only be completed for Lost/Stolen devices/SIM cards or if you are going abroad.
Your email must contain the below in order to have the request completed.

- Written request to suspend
- Copy of Identification used at account creation
