Account suspension is a simple procedure that can be completed by calling customer care, sending an email to support_tt@digicelgroup.com or you can chat with us here.
You would be required to verify the account; suspensions can only be completed for Lost/Stolen devices/SIM cards or if you are going abroad.
Your email must contain the below in order to have the request completed.
Requirements:
- Account Security Q&A
- Written request to suspend
- Copy of Identification used at account creation
NOTE: Lost/Stolen devices/SIM cards are only suspended for seven (7) days and three (3) months for persons traveling abroad. ALL outstanding balances on the account MUST be paid in FULL prior to the suspension request. Accounts will be reactivated after the stipulated timeframe and if any outstanding balances are left on the account will be referred to an External Collections Agency.
