To request a copy of your bill and to sign up for our e-bill services, please send an email to support_tt@digicelgroup.com.
If your bill balance is higher than what you are accustomed to, the following services are examples of services that can affect your bill amount:
- EZ Roam Plans and any associated usage from roaming
- Caribbean Roaming Pass and any associated usage from roaming
- Data Add-ons
- 30 Rest of the World Minutes
- Premium services such as Digi Info, Magic Voice, Caller Tunes, 6411, Text to Win, Donation short codes or any other miscellaneous services you signed up for.
You should also note that if your plan has an allotment of minutes, data and SMS messages, and your usage exceeds these amounts, or any fair usage policy is quoted, any such additional charges will be reflected in your bill. Further, if you roam without activating a roaming plan, such additional charges will also be reflected on your bill. If you have call forwarding enabled on your device while roaming, ALL calls going to voicemail will be charged whether or not you are on a Roaming Bundle Plan.
Factors such as these will result in your bill being higher than expected.
