1. Do you know how to check the amount of credit a customer has available after a limit increase is done?
Simply minus the customers current bill balance from the next available limit.
- To check a customer’s usage simply multiply the balance in Minsat (as seen in the screenshot below) by “1.125”
Please note that a call to directory is a chargeable call at the cost of $1 and is not accessible to any postpaid customer (SmartPlan/HomePhone) with a zero credit limit.
