Once you have used the data in your data plan, we recommend upgrading to a new plan to continue enjoying your data. To identify which plan is the right one for you, click here.

Step 1. If you are on Digicel's network, click 'Connect with your Digicel ID' to log in automatically.
Step 2. Select ‘Menu Option’ () button at the top left hand corner, then select the option “My Plans”
Step 3. Now choose 'Active Plans'.
Step 4. Select 'Manage' next to the desired plan. From the drop down select “Change Plan”.
Step 5. Once you have selected a plan, by clicking "Activate", you will receive a prompt to verify the purchase of that plan.
Step 6. Once you have confirmed the change in plan, you will receive a pop up message advising you the activation is underway.
Step 7. A text message will confirm that the plan has been activated. Restart your phone and you can proceed to use your data. You can also refresh the app by pressing the circular icon () at the top of your home page to see the newly activated plan.
